Every HER SPORT product is made to order especially for you after your purchase is placed. Because each item is produced on demand, please allow time for production before your order ships.

We partner with trusted production and fulfillment facilities located close to our customers whenever possible. This helps reduce delivery times and unnecessary transportation while maintaining the quality standards we expect for every HER SPORT product.

Processing Times

Orders are typically produced and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

During holidays, product launches, unusually high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control, processing may take slightly longer.

Standard Shipping: approximately 5–8 business days

United States

Standard Shipping: approximately 5–8 business days

Please remember that production time is separate from shipping time. Under normal circumstances, your total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 7–13 business days.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, HER SPORT ships to:

Canada
United States

We do not currently ship outside Canada and the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package.

Tracking information may take a short period of time to update after the carrier receives your shipment.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may be produced or shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package and tracking number.

You will not be charged additional shipping because your order is split into multiple shipments.

Shipping Delays

While we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

Severe weather
Carrier delays
High-volume shipping periods
Customs or cross-border processing when applicable
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Other events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

HER SPORT cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at support@hersport.store as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order enters production or ships, we may be unable to change the address.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us at support@hersport.store.

We'll review the tracking information and work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate and determine the appropriate solution.
