Every HER SPORT product is made to order, especially for you, after your order is placed.

Rather than mass-producing apparel, each item is created on demand. This helps reduce waste, eliminate excess inventory, and allows us to focus on quality instead of overproduction.

Because every product is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong colour
An incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

We strongly encourage reviewing our size guide before placing your order.

If something isn’t right

If your order arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Misprinted
Or you receive the wrong item

We’ll make it right.

Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may request additional photos or information before approving a replacement.

Clear photos of the item and the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue an appropriate refund.
