Because each item is created on demand, production begins only after your order is received. This approach reduces waste and allows us to focus on quality instead of mass production.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During holidays, new collection launches, or periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages.

This helps us ship your order as quickly as possible when items are produced at different facilities.

Incorrect Shipping Address

HER SPORT cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered production, we'll do our best to update the address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, HER SPORT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us and we'll gladly help you work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
